How do i book a session with you?

You can book a session by filling out the contact form on my website, DM me on any of my socials, or emailing me at foxmademedia@gmail.com!

Once you’ve picked your package, a 30% deposit is required at checkout to secure your date & time.

How far in advance should I book my session?

It’s up to you! For weddings, or full-day events, it’s best to book at least a month in advance (although I am ALWAYS willing to work with my clients on short notice. Life happens!!)

My calendar fills up quickly during busy season so don’t wait!

DO you travel?

Yes!

I am based in Abilene TX, but I LOVE traveling. Destination weddings and events are always my favorite!

If you are planning a session outside of Abilene, traveling is free for the first 30 miles. If you have a location in mind, here’s how I break down my travel fees:

30 miles -75 miles: $75

76 -150 miles: $100

151 miles & further: $200+

What to expect: Weddings

Before the Wedding:

• Schedule a consultation to discuss style preferences, timeline, and must-have shots.

• Fill out the wedding photography/ videography questionnaire.

• Confirm final timeline and any special moments to capture.

On the Wedding Day:

• I will arrive at the scheduled time and coordinate with the photographer and wedding planner.

• We’ll capture getting ready moments, ceremony, reception highlights, and everything in between.

• We’ll work discreetly to ensure we blend into the day’s events.

After the Wedding:

• Editing typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the package.

• Clients will receive a digital link for viewing and downloading their wedding film/ private online gallery.

• Additional edits or add-ons can be requested at an extra cost.
